Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns at this time. Due to the nature of our handmade products and being a small business, we cannot accept returns. This helps us ensure that only you and no one else has worn your earrings!
What happens if I lose one of my earrings, can I get a replacement?
In the unlikely event that you lose one of your earrings, we will do our best to help you get a replacement pair at a discounted rate! We do not offer just a single replacement earring as leathers can differ in color/thickness ever so slightly that we wouldn't want you to have to mismatched earrings! As long as the leather is still available, send us an email at info@trendsetterleather.com with subject "Lost Earring" and we will try our best to hep you out! Note that you will be responsible for shipping fees on your replacement pair, just as any other order.
How long does your shipping normally take?
We can process orders as quickly as same day to as long as 2 weeks. Our turnaround time can change especially during large sales or holidays! Our shop is ran by the owner, where she fills all orders, answers emails, and everything in between! We try our best to get items out as quickly as possible, but please be aware it can take up to two weeks for your order to ship out.
How long does shipping take?
We work as fast as humanly possible to get all orders out. Sometimes it may take 7-10 days to receive your order. If you have any concerns on where your order is, please email info@trendsetterleather.com.
It's Been More Than 2 Weeks, Where Is My Order!?
99% of the time this is because you have ordered a hand crafted item that is made to order. Please be patient, we'll get the item out to you but may just need to give it another week or so. If you have any concerns on where your order is, please email info@trendsetterleather.com.
